Meet the Founder
Rondell Terry, a native of North Carolina, is the Founder of Living Water Group Consulting and a strategist committed to helping nonprofits secure funding, develop strong programs, and build sustainable systems. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, with more than $8 million in awarded grants and a proven track record of strengthening community organizations.
Rondell is proudly married to Adia Terry, and together they share a beautiful blended family of six children and six grandchildren. When he’s not consulting or serving in ministry, he enjoys Top Golf, listening to live jazz, and investing in his community through outreach, ministry, and leadership development.
